A Work in Progress...

That's what we would say if you were to ask... "We are a work in progress." We are not a completed work, but a  work that God is doing in and through us. We will never be all that God intends for us to be on this side of heaven, but we are striving to be the people he has called us to be while we serve him here on earth. We have a saying at FBCCH, "Come and see."  We invite you to come and see what God is doing. Come and see what he might do in you!

What makes us unique

The Apostle Paul wrote to the Corinthians, "God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty..."  FBCCH sits in a rural community. We are 5 miles from the nearest red light and 6 miles from the nearest Dollar General store. Yet, God has given us a big heart for our little community, the Shoals area, and the world. We are asking God to do a great work in and through us. He is honoring that prayer. We are a living testimony of 1 Corinthians 1:27.  And He alone is worthy of all the praise!

Ministry Groups

We offer various ministry groups to help you connect and grow in your faith. It is almost impossible to grow in your walk with Jesus if  you are not connecting and building relationships with other believers.  Aside from spending time alone with God each week, we as a people created by God were made for community and fellowship. At FBCCH, there are ample opportunities for you to connect with other believers who are at the same place in life as you.  From children to senior adults, we desire for you to plug-in and connect with others.
